Support & contact

We're a small team and we read every message. Check the FAQ below for quick answers, or drop us a note using the form — we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

How do I play CardioSurf?

Prop your iPhone up so the front camera can see your whole body, and give yourself clear, obstacle-free space to move. Start a level and control your character with real movement: jump to leap, duck to slide under obstacles, and step left or right to dodge. The game reads your body position on-device and reacts in real time.

Is my camera footage private?

Yes. Movement detection runs entirely on your device using Apple's on-device Vision body-pose technology. CardioSurf only derives body-position keypoints (roughly where your shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles are on screen) to recognize moves.

Camera video and images are processed in real time and are never recorded, saved to your device, or uploaded to us or any third party. The camera runs only while you're on a workout screen and stops when you leave it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, so you manage them in your device's App Store account settings:

Open the Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select CardioSurf → choose Cancel Subscription (or change your plan). Turning off auto-renew stops future charges; your current period stays active until it expires.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open CardioSurf, go to the subscription or paywall screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. Your premium access and lifetime purchase will be re-applied automatically.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account any time from inside the app: go to Profile → Delete Account. This removes your workout run records, progress state, and profile, and deletes your authentication record. Some support messages and purchase records held by Apple/RevenueCat may be retained where required for legal or accounting reasons.

What do I need to play?

An iPhone with a working front camera, a bit of open floor space, and enough room to jump, duck, and step in every direction safely. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes with good grip. CardioSurf is exercise — if you have any health concerns, please consult a physician before starting.

Movement isn't being detected well — what can I help?

Try improving your lighting (a well-lit room helps a lot), stepping back so your full body is in frame, and clearing clutter from the background. Make sure nothing is blocking the front camera. If it still isn't working, send us a message below with your device model and iOS version and we'll help.
