1 Stand back
Prop it up, step back
Lean your iPhone against something stable and take a few steps back until the front camera can see you head to toe. Clear the floor around you.
Out now on the App Store
Prop up your iPhone, step back, and play an endless runner with your whole body. Real cardio, disguised as a game you actually want to finish.
Motion tracking runs on your iPhone. No video is recorded, stored or uploaded.
How it works
No wearables, no controller, no subscription hardware. If you have an iPhone and a bit of floor space, you can play.
1 Stand back
Lean your iPhone against something stable and take a few steps back until the front camera can see you head to toe. Clear the floor around you.
2 Move your body
On-device tracking reads your posture as skeleton keypoints. Jump to leap, duck to slide under, and step left or right to switch lanes.
3 Play
Dodge obstacles, grab coins, build a combo. You are chasing a score and a streak — the workout happens on its own.
Private by design
This is the part most camera games get wrong, so we built it first. CardioSurf uses Apple's on-device Vision framework to turn the camera feed into a simple set of body-position keypoints — roughly where your shoulders, hips, knees and ankles are on screen. That is the only thing the game ever sees.
Nothing leaves the loop. The frame is discarded the moment the keypoints are read. There is no upload step, and no ad or web-tracking SDKs in the app.
Real cardio
There is no rep counter and nobody shouting at you. There is a lane to hold, a combo to keep alive and a coin just out of reach — and forty jumps later you are out of breath. CardioSurf counts calories, active minutes and XP in the background so the game stays the point.
Worlds & progression
Start easy on the neon rails and work your way up to the hard stuff. Each world brings a different pace and a different obstacle mix, so the difficulty climbs as your fitness does instead of grinding the same loop forever.
Streaks & stats
One short run a day is enough to keep it alive, and that is the whole trick. A daily challenge gives you a reason to start, the week view shows you where the gaps are, and every run ends with a summary of what you actually did.
The small things that turn one good session into a routine.
No console, no camera accessory, no strap-on sensor. The iPhone in your pocket is the entire setup.
Put your best runs on the board and see how your scores stack up against other players.
Sign in with email, Apple or Google and your runs, levels and streak sync to your account.
There are no third-party advertising SDKs and no web-tracking scripts in the app. You play, that's it.
Runs are built to fit into the gap you actually have — before work, between meetings, or while dinner cooks.
Your fox keeps score, celebrates the finish line and reminds you when the streak is on the line.

Enough room to jump on the spot and take a step to either side without hitting anything. Stand back far enough that the front camera can see you from head to toe — a few steps is usually plenty — and clear the floor around you first.
No. Movement detection runs entirely on your device using Apple's on-device Vision body-pose technology, and the app only derives body-position keypoints from the feed. Camera video and images are never recorded, saved to your device, or uploaded to us or any third party. The camera runs only while you are on a workout screen.

An iPhone with a working front camera, and something to lean it against. No console, controller, wearable or camera accessory is involved.
You are jumping, ducking and stepping continuously for the length of a run, so yes — it gets your heart rate up. CardioSurf tracks calories and active minutes so you can see what a session added up to. It is exercise, though, so please read the note at the bottom of this page.
CardioSurf Pro is available monthly or yearly and starts with a free trial. Billing runs through your Apple ID and renews automatically until you cancel. Brighter light makes the biggest difference. After that: step back so your whole body is in frame, clear clutter out of the background, and make sure nothing is covering the front camera. If it still misbehaves, send us a message with your device model and iOS version.
Download CardioSurf, prop up your phone, and see how long you last.
